Junior risk manager-equity risk team-London
We are currently looking for a junior risk manager to work in permanent contact with the Front Office Traders and Quantitative Research.
The successful candidate will be integrated into a team of 6 Risk Managers on the Equity Desk in charge of the risk Management. This team also has 5 people based in Mumbai working exclusively on Risk Reports.
Responsibilities Include:
-Provide in-depth expertise and judgment concerning trading and market characteristics concerning Equity derivatives Provide high quality solutions,
-Manage the Front Office's needs on a daily basis,
-Make recommendations to the Front Office on lower risk.
Experience and Qualifications:
-Excellent academic background,
-At least 2 to 4 years of experience in finance,
-A first-hand experience in either Front Office or in risk management,
-Excellent communication and analytical skills,
-Good technical competencies are compulsory,
-As this position is based in London, very good written and spoken English is mandatory.
