A well renowned investment bank has a fantastic market name.
This is an opportunity for a potential candidate to join a fast growing ECM origination team in Paris, the manager of the team is looking for a smart and ambitious candidate to join their Paris based team.
The role will involve undertaking financial analysis and assisting senior managers in the modelling of transactions.
You will also be involved in creating pitch books and presentations for clients.
You will be involved in origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transaction and will be involved in the analysis of clients' objectives and needs as potential Equity issuers.
You will be given an opportunity to be involved in live deal transactions and the responsibility to develop your own client base.
Skills Required
-You must be an ECM originator,
-You must be able to speak French,
-You must be familiar with European corporate client bases,
-This is a Paris based role so you should comfortable with working in this location.
