My client is looking for a candidate who has a background in ECM Origination, the ideal candidate will have around a few years experience and have good working knowledge of the French language and will be willing to work in Paris.

This role specifically focuses on French and central European corporate and sovereign wealth clients.
My client is looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities-ECM origination of IPOs, placings, convertible bonds, rights issues; M&A Origination; involvement in IPO execution work and participation in client meetings and companies' roadshows; briefing of directors on key transaction issues prior to meetings.

You will be involved in the management of manageent of complex situations, coordination with third parties involved both internally and externally in an execution process, (members among investment banking, sales, sales-trading, equity-linked, corporate equity derivatives and debt capital markets teams).
This will also give you a chance to develop your communication and interpersonal skills mainly through roles and responsibilities assumed within the team.

This role will require a candidate with the following background:
-You must be fluent in French and English,
-You must have experience in ECM Origination or experience with equity products,
-Experience of the French market is preferable,
-My client is looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic,
-Good marketing skills/ derivatives knowledge and experience of term sheets and pricing are all important for this role.
