The successful candidate must have solid equity linked convertible bonds structuring/origination and execution skills across a variety of public offerings and industries and show the ability to analyze and execute transactions and also structure and deliver solutions to corporate clients needs.
My client would also have an interest in strong ECM, M&A backgrounds and in candidates with good exposure to working with corporate clients. No languages necessary. Fantastic salary, career prospects in one of the market leading teams.
