A top ranked investment bank is expanding its ECM functions in Asia and looking for strong experienced origination candidates to come on board who can help push forward the business.
Candidates from an ECM, DCM, equity linked or equity derivatives background would all be potentially of interest.
The role will specifically focus on equity linked transactions although a broader focus is likely to ensue.
Candidates should have strong experience of originating, structuring and executing Capital Markets transactions, if not in equity linked then ideally in a very similar role.
