Director level ECM/Equity linked originator, Hong Kong, £Excellent.
My client is a tier one US based investment bank. They require a senior director level ECM/Equity linked originator to join their Hong Kong based ECM/Equity linked platform focusing on Greater China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities will include:
-Origination, structuring and marketing of IPOs, accelerated bookbuild offerings, follow-on offerings, equitizations and private placements of equity securities in the Asia-Pacific region,
-Origination of various other types of transactions; private finance, principle investments, and structured finance,
-Co-Head the Greater China team, undertaking various managerial responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have:
-At least director level ECM, Equity linked or convertible bonds origination experience (preferably in the Far East),
-Be a fluent Cantonese or Mandarin speaker,
-Convertible bonds, private finance and principle investments experience.
