MD level ECM/Equity linked originator, Hong Kong, £Excellent.
My client is a tier one investment bank, looking to replace a senior director in their ECM/Equtiy-linked origination platform.
The group is focused on PRC, Hong Kong and China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Origination, structuring and marketing of IPOs, accelerated bookbuild offerings, follow-on offerings, equitizations and private placements of equity securities in the A-Pac region,
Execute IPO syndicate transactions, convertible bond offerings, Equity issues for corporates in mainland China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea,
Managing a team of 8 which is growing agressively.
The candidate will have:
At least director level ECM, Equity linked or convertible bonds origination experience in the Far East,
Be a fluent Cantonese or Mandarin speaker,
Have good relationships with clients in the Far East.
