Sales, FX to corporate clients, Hong Kong, £Highly Competitive.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a top ranked global house with an excellent reputation in Asia and a fast growing team in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Due to the success of their Hong Kong and Singapore business base, they are looking to recruit within the South Asian sales and marketing team in Hong Kong.
The team sells FX and commodity products to mid cap and large cap clients (petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, heavy industries, shipping companies, commercial etc) in Hong Hong and South Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka etc).
Key responsibilities:
-Being in charge of the teams' selling efforts, particularly focusing on the marketing of the team's FX and Commodity products in Hong Kong and Singapore,
-Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of the strong relationships with the existing clientele.
Skills required:
-Essentially, the successful candidate will have strong FX and/or Commodities knowledge,
-Proven track record of success and achievement in the Asian corporate market,
-Highly motivated, hard working and with strong sales and communication skills,
-Fluency in Cantonese is essential for this role, fluency in one more language will be considered as a plus.
