My client is a tier one European based investment bank.
They urgently require 2 associate level ECM/Equity-linked origination candidates to join their ECM origination platform in HK.
The successful candidate will be required to:
-Help with the origination of IPO syndicate transactions, convertible bond offerings and equity issues for corporates in mainland China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea,
-Originate, structure and market of IPOs and private placements of equity securities in the A-Pac region.
Candidates must be:
-Fluent/native in Mandarin/Cantonese,
-At least senior analyst level ECM origination or equity derivatives marketing experience in the Far East.
