Our client is a top ranked Fund manager based in the UK and the US focusing on high performance.
They manage alternative assets across a broad range of on-shore and off-shore products for both the retail and institutional markets and they have very ambitious growth plans.
They are now seeking an experienced, driven individual to spearhead their fund raising/asset gathering effort and take an integral role in product development.
 
Key responsibilities:
-Being responsible of the sales and marketing team, you will spearhead the fund raising and asset gathering effort,
-Being responsible for all sales and marketing within the investment management business, as well as any third party distribution relationships,
-Taking over an integral role in product development,
-Maintenance of the existing client base and acquisition of new clients,
-Based in London, you will report to the CEO of Investment Management.
 
Key skills:
-Proven track record of fund raising in a similar role,
-Very good knowledge of the UK/European institutional market,
-Excellent sales and communication skills,
-Fluency in one European language is not essential, but will be considered as a plus.
