Senior Foreign Exchange Quantitative Analyst for Proprietary Trading role–London-£Exceptional.
Tier 1 investment bank, renowned for having the strongest FX prop trading platform globally is currently seeking an exceptional and experienced quantitative analyst/modeler for a trading role within its team.
This move, into this team, is extremely sought after and for that reason only the best quantitative analyst will be successful.
This opportunity will be filled by the person with the strongest long dated FX model exposure and an exceptional record of developing and implementing FX exotic pricing models for traders in the past.
The successful candidate will:
-Have a number of years FX exotic modeling exposure for example implementation and development of smile models, stochastic and local volatility models, multi currency and gauss-copula model,
-Have an exceptional industry background with the support of an outstanding PhD or DEA in a highly quantitative course and from a top university,
-Have career aspirations to run a significant book and be responsible for a large aspect of the P & L.
The successful candidate:
-Will join the team in either a Vice President or Director level position and be responsible for a significant section of the P&L created by the desk,
-Will join the trading team currently at 6,
-Will report directly to the Global head of FX Proprietary trading in London.
